Rice vs Corn: Which would have a better market?

There are so many food grains that are being sold now. Prominent among them are rice and maize. They command good market. But I would love to know which one would sell faster if sold as a business.

In my country, rice is the main staple food that people need every day, so rice has a wider and better market share. While corn is just an additional food or used as a snack, sometimes corn is used as duck food.

The market for those kind of grains really depends of the location where the businesses are being practiced. For instance in my country the maize has a very bigger demand than the rice for that reason.
