Running a public restroom as a business: What do you think?

My friend just used his money to build a public restroom in a busy area and within two weeks, he has made so much money and even hired a staff. He is even talking about expansion.

How do you see this kind of business? Would it work in your location?

All public restrooms in my city are owned and run by the government. Rest rooms in shopping malls are owned and managed by the real estate developers who run the shopping mall.

That's a good business it it's allowed by your local government. Seek busines permit first before you install your private public restrooms.

I have realized that the restrooms in the towns are never enough. So any business created that deals with it it's likely to be so profitable and successful. The government facilities are never enough because of the higher population in the town.
