According to the report, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters Friday that Moscow has not officially received the 28-point U.S. peace plan for Ukraine. President Donald Trump’s plan for ending the fighting in Ukraine would cede land to Russia, call on Ukraine to avoid joining NATO, and limit the size of Kyiv’s military, according to a draft obtained Thursday by The Associated Press.

The report also said that the proposal, originating from negotiations between Washington and Moscow, appeared decidedly favourable to Russia, which started its military operation nearly four years ago."We know about the existence of potential modifications and approved wording, but officially, we haven't received anything," Peskov said.

In addition, Peskov said U.S.-Russian diplomatic contacts are ongoing, but nothing substantive is currently being discussed, adding that Russia is learning of some edits from press reports. Peskov said that Russia's continued offensives aim at forcing Ukraine's leader, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, toward a peaceful resolution of the issue, claiming that prolonging the conflict would be senseless and dangerous for Kyiv.

Hoping that the 28-point US Peace Plan will come to reality so that peace will be restored between these two warring countries, Ukraine and Russia. The war is so long already.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share some thoughts on the current situation between Russia and Ukraine. According to a report, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow has not yet officially received the 28-point peace plan proposed by the US to resolve the conflict. The plan, which appears to clearly favor Russia according to some drafts, includes ceding territory to Russia, preventing Ukraine from joining NATO, and limiting the size of the Ukrainian army. Peskov mentioned that diplomatic talks are ongoing, but there is no substantive progress at the moment, and Russia is only learning of changes through press reports. Many are hoping that this plan can be implemented and thus achieve peace between the two countries, which have been at war for years. It is crucial that a definitive solution be found, as prolonging the conflict only brings more destruction and suffering to the Ukrainian and Russian people.

President Trump wants Zelenskyy to sign the 28-Point Plan first before its deadline on November 27. This is the second chance proposal, and these warring countries won't accept this 28-point plan, then the war will not end until all of them die in the battlefield.
