According to the report, a major Russian assault struck Kyiv overnight, with drones and missiles targeting the capital and several regions. Ukrainian officials reported that around 430 drones and 18 missiles were used, causing fires, damage, and multiple injuries.

The report said that four people were reportedly killed, and more than 40 residents were rescued from damaged buildings. A separate Russian drone strike hit Odesa, damaging an energy facility, while Ukraine launched its own drone attack on Novorossiysk in Russia.

Both sides have intensified long-range strikes in recent weeks, as fighting continues in eastern Ukraine. Kyiv’s allies are urging negotiations, but key territorial disagreements remain unresolved.

This war may never end. It seems these two warring countries do not like to live in peace and abundance.

The situation in Ukraine remains truly worrying and heartbreaking. Personally, I believe that the violence and constant fighting only bring more suffering to the people living there. It is sad to see how attacks, such as drone strikes and missile strikes, cause death, injury, and destruction in cities that should be places of peace and development. While I understand that political and territorial tensions greatly complicate negotiations, I believe the international community should do more to promote dialogue and seek a peaceful solution. War not only affects combatants but also innocent civilians who lose their homes and lives. The idea that this conflict may have no end fills me with sadness because we all deserve to live in peace and with hope for a better future. I hope that one day they can find a way out that allows for peace and the recovery of those regions.
