According to the report, Russia could concede $300 billion of sovereign assets frozen in Europe for the reconstruction of Ukraine, however, it will insist that part of the money is spent on the one-fifth of the territory that Moscow has seized, according to Reuters.
The report said that this comes days after the United States and Russia held talks in Saudi Arabia to end the war without inviting Ukraine.
Hopefully, there will be strict and transparent rules for the management of the billions of paper. In this agreement, Zelensky was not invited despite the suggestion of the Saudi King to let the Ukraine President be present. That was so unfair meeting without Zelensky.
