According to the report, the Kremlin said Biden's outgoing administration will escalate tensions by permitting Ukraine to use long-range missiles against Russia.
The report said that Kremlin Spokesman, Dmitry Peskov said that Putin has already explained that it is not Ukraine who would deliver these but the countries who grant permission to do so.
The report also stated that Russian officials have repeatedly cautioned that the West is playing with fire by probing the limits of what a nuclear power might or might not tolerate.
