According to the report, the Kremlin said Biden's outgoing administration will escalate tensions by permitting Ukraine to use long-range missiles against Russia.
The report said that Kremlin Spokesman, Dmitry Peskov said that Putin has already explained that it is not Ukraine who would deliver these but the countries who grant permission to do so.
