Sales staff inflating price to customer? How do you handle that?

There are numerous situations where sales staff would intentionally tell a potential customer an a amount that is more than the normal price that the owner has fixed for that product to be sold.

What would you do to such a sales staff that you discover doing that?
 
This is why some companies have price tag for their products. Try to to put price tag on your products and tell customers not to pay more than that
 
You can deduct from their salary as some sort of warning. If after these they still continue, you can take other extreme actions like suspending them or replacing them.
 
Some sales staff have used this action to chase customers away without the business owners knowing. It is a terrible situation. A sack should be the outright thing when a staff is caught with such.
 
Because sales staff are employees of a company, if there is a complaint such as inflating price, then we can report it to the business owner,
advisable to report any sales staff who manipulate prices to the sales manager so they adhere to the rules, as they are company employees, and to protect the brand's reputation. When customer makes such complaint, should listened to respectfully and treated fairly, without dismissing their opinion.
