Saudi Arabia has released three Nigerian women who were earlier arrested and prosecuted in the country.
The acting spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kimiebi Ebienfa, in a statement issued in Abuja on Sunday, January 5, 2025, said the release followed high-level diplomatic engagement between the Nigerian government and Saudi authorities.

The three Nigerians, namely Hadiza Abba, Fatima Malah and Fatima Gamboi, were arrested for alleged possession of a substance suspected to be cocaine while on pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.

They are lucky to have been released. It will be better for those like them to never be tempted with trafficking illegal drugs, They cannot escape the law and drug trafficking is a heinous crime.
Yes they were just lucky this time around as Saudi Arabia don't joke with drug traffickers in their country

There was also from my country subjected to hanging but President Duterte urged the Saudi King to review the case. The case was about a domestic helper who was abused by his male master. He raped the young helper severely and that made the victim pursue a plan to kill his abusive and evil master. She was also hit once refused so she stabbed him with a sharp knife, 30 stabs. Good for him, evil monster. That Filipina was set free and sent back to the Philippines. But the Saudi lawyer required her to pay 3 million pesos for damages, and the government paid the required money.

He was lucky to be saved by thr government but he would still meet his karma. No bad deeds go unpunished

That is right, and God does not sleep. Those Nigerians must reflect on their lives. They must live in a legal way if they want to live in peace.

They are lucky they where able to come out alive, this is like a second chance for them to do better. They should not waste it.
That's right I hope they can do better as humans and shun all kinds of criminal activities
