In the last few years, scanning QR codes to make payment has become extremely popular in some countries. The shopkeepers do not have cash change, they claim that all payment is using QR codes. Is QR code widely used for payment in your country?

No we still do our usual cash payment. I like cash payment it sometimes help me restrict spending so much

This method of payment is not popular in my country, I am pretty sure 90% and if not more of the entrepreneurs we have here are not even aware they can use this as a method of payment.
In most larger cities, QR code payment has become very popular, and shopkeepers are not able to give their customers change since they claim that they are receiving most of their payment online.
There is even scan QR Code to cash out from the ATM.
In our country, this type of payment is common only in restaurants, because it is much faster. However, there is no such thing in stores

It is quite a common practice in the country, but in my province, only a handful of shops allow QR payments.
