Last July, a strange incident occurred in the Rural District of Grey. A windmill was lost. But not by being blown away by the wind, but by being stolen from private property.

According to RCMP De Carman, the windmill was 7.6 metres long, with its blades measuring 1.8 metres. It was silver in colour, and its size made the theft seem like a strange and impressive operation.

The incident remained a unique mystery, leaving many wondering who could have removed such a large windmill without being immediately identified.
