Seller supplies computer with malware

Some sellers are supplying computers with malware or viruses which cannot be removed easily. Has anyone else faced this problem while purchasing used computers and gadgets?

Have not experienced this before but if that's the case, then the computers should be returned or replaces by the seller.

That is a crime committed by the seller. If the malware cannot be removed and the unit is under warranty so why worry. Request for a replacement. By the way, before paying the unit testing is done first. Why is it that the buyer wasn't able to detect the virus?

The computer hardware a usb port virus and the usb ports were not tested when the computer was supplied. Only later the virus problem was detected.

I never purchase/d used computers or gadgets at any point. Therefore, I have not faced this problem .
