LED monitors are fairly fragile and may break while being transported over long distances. So is it better to sell the monitors locally and purchase new monitors or take the risk of transporting the monitors over a long distance?

It is advisable to sell your monitors within your locality to minimize the risk of damages that could take place during transit. However, if you must sell to far-off places, pack the monitors carefully. Use a sturdy box and wrap them with plenty of bubble wrap. Do not forget to include a fragile sticker on the package to give notice to the logistics company or courier service to handle it with extra care.
Modern monitor don't use to be fragile as much but still proper caution should be taken in handling and transporting monitors. You can use foam with bubble wrap to wrap it and put into a cartoon. There is need to inform the logistics company of what is inside so that they can handle with extra care.
In small towns, it is difficult to find buyers for used computer items, especially monitors. I also do not have a regular seller for computer hardware in the new place, so I am considering transporting.
