Senior government employees harassing online investors

Since 2010, some extremely senior government employees are harassing and defaming some online investors, especially from poorer communities, criminally defaming them, robbing their data and falsely claiming that the government employees's girlfriends, relatives and associates who do not do any computer work, do not pay expenses, are owning the business. What can online investors do to end the harassment of extremely powerful high status top government employees which is causing great losses?

This is a serious one I think they should be group of people coming together to try to end of these exploitation in your country

That is just simply abuse of power, and i think something really needs to be done about this issue to prevent more cases like this.
