Seo has a lot of elements. It includes various aspects of your website and requires a lot of time to get results from seo.

For starters, you might want to check the title of your pages. It must be as relevant to the content as possible. Include keywords in it.

Then you might want to look at the heading tags.

The heading tags should be descriptive and not useless. Donot try to place keywords for the sake of seo, it will backfire.

The keywords should be used in sentences which add value and meaning to your content.

Do thorough keyword research for your website. Visit your competitors websites and see their contents and how they are placing the keywords. Learn from them but donot copy their content.

I agree that SEO has many elements and can seem overwhelming at first, but I think the most important thing is to understand that there's no quick fix. Title optimization is crucial, yes, but you also need to make sure it's natural and truly reflects the content, rather than just including keywords for the sake of it. As for heading tags, it seems to me that many people use them only to stuff keywords in, and that can be counterproductive, since Google values the quality and relevance of the content more than simply including keywords. Keyword research is essential, but so is creating content that provides value and is useful to users, not just search engines. Observing the competition can give you ideas, but copying gets you nowhere; the important thing is to understand what works and adapt it to your own style and audience.
