SEO v Paid search as the difference

i would equate SEO v Paid search as the difference between a superb meal that takes a long time to prepare, tastes excellent and takes the whole evening to consume as opposed to a 1 minute burger that takes equally long to consume and you are hungry an hour later.

whilst natural search takes longer, it also lasts longer. Paid seach works as long as you feed it dollars/euros/pounds and when thats gone-its gone too.

as always people will have an opinion on this-above is mine, however i would say that a good overall plan will probably include both to gain the right mix to deliver the result.
 
From my perspective, the comparison between SEO and paid search that the person makes seems quite accurate and accurately reflects the differences between the two strategies.
