We are now in the first month of 2025, and I believe that all of us who manage a business have updates to share, so each of us can gain something to avoid problems of failure or success. Regarding my online business, which sells printed T-shirts and branded shoes, well, all I can say is I do not have a client yet in this first month of the year, but I am trying my very best to gain customers. I am still displaying my online business on Facebook Marketplace. I expect customers next month for there are many celebrations in colleges and universities like Foundation Day and Intramurals.
 
Prospective buyers online are also cautious this time. They are still observing the prices of the basic commodities but those elite groups they never mind spending lavishly. In my case I have to guard my earnings not to be wasted.

Wow, that's a good business mate, you may sell in retail. Ask an expert on how to preserve the cement that is exposed when there are retail buyers,

Sure I'm researching so that I don't run into a loss when I start . it is always good to know a lot about a business before starting

You scout for the price per bag and the permit to sell .Also, make sure that there is a safe room for you to stock the bags of cement.

You got that right.For a start I need to give the customers very competitive pricing which means I need to scout for where to get the price cheaper

That's good mate. I will be glad to hear soon that you already started. Ask the price and so that you can start ASAP propose to the cement business owner to sell through consignment while adding your savings for capital.

I believe there are cement factories there you can am negotiate for a consignment and if the owner agrees with it, you must not forget to ask for a MOA to have assurance that you can have the consignment fee. If it's made possible, then utilize the media to advertise your future cement business.

yeah right that's the way to go mate. . I'm already in talks with some suppliers that I know would help actualize my dreams I hope it works for me

You can start anytime. Investigate first if there are other sellers of cement near your location. Keep it secret, you do not know the minds of your neighbors and even friends. They might snatch your plan.

I'm just flying solo for now just doing the underground work of trying to get the right information to help me kickstart better

That is the best thing to do. As much as possible, email the cement site HR department to know if they will allow a consignment. Anyway, all the customers will go to their area to get the cement You will only act as a processor.

In my location, there are some stores selling bags of cement. No one can compete the store. The owner has a direct contact with the cement processing company.

I was also advised to have the direct links to the main suppliers as they do they supplying cheaper. Hopefully i would get the best hands
