Should a company be forced to reveal how much it pays its executives?

I don't think they should expose this. Saying this could also endanger these executive. Then again, saying how much they pay their executive does not promote the business in anyway, so there is no need.

I think for the sake of transparency, it would be beneficial for a company to disclose how much their executives earn.

As far as l am concerned, l don't see any reason whatsoever they should do so. I think that should be a secret for their own.

In some countries, it is required for executives of companies to disclose how much they are paid. This is to prevent fraud where executives are living larger than their pay.
