I don't think they should expose this. Saying this could also endanger these executive. Then again, saying how much they pay their executive does not promote the business in anyway, so there is no need.

I think for the sake of transparency, it would be beneficial for a company to disclose how much their executives earn.

In some countries, it is required for executives of companies to disclose how much they are paid. This is to prevent fraud where executives are living larger than their pay.

Yes, indeed. In India the government declares the pay package of every post and so should private companies which they don't.

Although companies are not required to tell all employees or investors how much their executives are paid, but regulatory bodies, such as tax and public accounting bodies, will disclose the salary records of all employees and executives.

I think this should be a law, I believe the employee's salary should be reveled so that they can pay taxes accordingly
