There are some business deals that don't just make sense financially but soothes our emotions. An example is working for your religion as a volunteer, free or charge. I think most religious adherents would feel good about it.

As humans are there times that we should consider deals that don't have real financial benefits but emotional benefits?
 
At the end of the day, you are in it to make profit, so even if there should be some level of emotional satisfaction, always ensure you won't run at a loss.
