Should every business have a bit of digital transformation to it?

We are in the internet age and businesses are thriving online now more than ever. There is a continuous drive of businesses going digital and having digital interfaces to it. Transport companies now have apps that you can use to book online. Fashion designers have platforms to buy or order clothes online. Most industries have gone digital now. Some people claim that all businesses should go digital.

Does it mean that all businesses must go digital? How would traditional businesses like food vending, waste disposal and other sundry businesses go digital?

Every business that aims for wider coverage beyond it's geographical restriction should have some level of digitization about it. It might not be digitization in terms of production processes but at least in online presence.
