We are in the internet age and businesses are thriving online now more than ever. There is a continuous drive of businesses going digital and having digital interfaces to it. Transport companies now have apps that you can use to book online. Fashion designers have platforms to buy or order clothes online. Most industries have gone digital now. Some people claim that all businesses should go digital.

Does it mean that all businesses must go digital? How would traditional businesses like food vending, waste disposal and other sundry businesses go digital?

Digital transformation can significantly improve a business's efficiency by automating manual processes, reducing errors and improving productivity. These solutions can enable employees to access data and collaborate more efficiently from anywhere in the world.

Not every business needs to be digital, but it's good to consider its benefits. Regular businesses like food vendors can use WhatsApp or Facebook to advertise without having a website. This helps them reach new customers without a huge cost.

Junk businesses can also benefit from using a phone or a simple app to request services. This increases transparency and simplifies communication. Many people like the convenience and speed of service, so digital helps a lot. Even without big technology, you can start small.

If you run a regular business, don't feel left behind. You can mix old and new ways. The important thing is to understand what your customers need. Digital doesn't have to be difficult or expensive. Every small step is the beginning of big changes.
