Some people would prefer to wait for perfect conditions to start their businesses. They want to tick all the boxes and that is why they take long to start their intended business. Should I wait for perfect condition to start my business?

I don't think it's advisable to find a perfect moment cause at the end of the day there is actually no perfect moment, if you have the resources to startup, then go ahead.

If you wait for everything to be perfect, you can't really start. Life is not a perfect place to start something. Some procrastinate because they want every box to be filled. The truth is that even if you start small, you can learn along the way. The biggest mistake is to wait until wealth or a better environment comes along. Start with what little you have. Entrepreneurship is a journey, not a competition. Every step you take is an achievement. Don't hold yourself back for fear of not being perfect. Remember, even great companies started with difficulty.

What do you mean by perfect conditions? Whether internal or external factors, economic conditions will never be as perfect as many people dream, so you shouldn't wait and start a small business.
There is no perfect time to start a business. If you wait for things to be perfect, you will wait forever. The economy is always changing and life is unpredictable. It is best to start small and keep learning. Even if there are challenges along the way, you can still succeed. Many people have succeeded without having everything ready. Believe in yourself and take action today. Don't let fear hold you back. Every small step brings a new direction.

Life is too short to waste it as an employee who does work for others. Same is true for a small-scale entrepreneur: someone who just works for the money at something she is not passionate about.

Success is not just a function of opportunity - it's much more a function of your own energy and mental power, which is a function of how much you truly, personally care.

Starting an imperfect condition will lead you to a business perfection. The fact remains that there's no perfect condition once start a business. Remember imperfection is the key to discover the unlimited perfections. If you keep on waiting then you are missing many opportunities.
