Smartphone not working when charging

I find that one smartphone is not working when it is being charged, the touchscreen does not respond. If it is not connected to the charger, it is working properly. Does anyone know the reason why the smartphone malfunctions only when it is being charged?

Am guessing you are using a different charger from the original one that came with the phone? From my experience, this usually occurs when you are using a charger that cannot properly carry the phone or a fake charger. Try another first to be sure.

The charger is not completely compatible with the phone. It can be frustrating especially when you intend to use the phone while still charging.

not sure what might couse the trouble I do not think it is the phone most likely charger so if you can try to buy a new one

My smartphone works normally when it is charging, I believe yours must have a problem, try watching videos on YouTube about this subject and you will easily find the solution.

I have too realized that some smart phones would stop or not function at all while charging. I think the using of the phone while charging should not be recommended.

The charger is not compatible with the smartphone. Probably, the charger is not able to power the battery though it will be show that it is charging.
