Though I alone pay more than $4000 annually in domain renewal and other related expenses, the top tech and internet companies are extremely vicious in criminally defaming me, spreading fake defamatory rumors about me wherever I go. Is spreading fake defamatory rumors about small online business owners, part of the job profile for the employees of the top tech and internet companies?

It can't be , this is a criminal offences and one can get sued for such defamation. You can sue them if you know them.well.enough.

These companies and officials especially from goa are extremely vicious convincing liars , almost everyone has believed their complete lies for more than 10 years, though bank details and tax id will legally prove the fraud
