Suggestion section

Do you think Online stores should have a suggestion section? A section where people can suggest certain changes to the site, maybe a suggestion to change the site appearance or suggestion to add a certain payment method that's not available on the site or even suggestion of what else the store can stock up.

I think it is great to have a suggestion section so that you can get customer feedback on various aspects of your online store.

It’s a great idea and I believe you can do that by using their “contact us” link if they have one on their site.

Online stores will do it. They might be bombarded with negative and positive feedback. There is also control of their website. A viewer even a failed customer can't get access except if report the seller site to the authorities.

Having a suggestion section has its advantages and disadvantages. This way you get to see what the customers want but it could also lead to a lot of heat comments and in some cases where you don't attend to their suggestions, some óf these customers might get toxic.

I think customers can suggest through the product review. When you buy product, you can share your experience through reviews.
