According to the report, the Swedish and Finnish armed forces have jointly ordered more than 300 additional Sisu GTP 4×4 off-road vehicles.
The report stated that approximately 2 billion Swedish krona ($211 million) procurement brings the total number of vehicles ordered by the two countries to over 600, including variants such as single-cab, air-defense, command, medical, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN)-detection models.
The report also said that the additional vehicles will be delivered within the same timeframe as the previous order, enabled by the manufacturer’s increased production capacity. Deliveries to the Swedish Armed Forces are scheduled from 2026 to 2028.
