I have noticed that the tablet I use is getting overheated and is not getting charged when switched on. The tablet gets charged when switched off. What could be the reason for this?
When it is switched on and kept for charging it is getting overheated even I am not using it at all. Only when switched off, it does not get heated, how to find the cause of the problem.
It sounds like some problem there with the circuit and panel. Was it from the beginning or is it a new issue recently developed after some days and months of using it.? It once happened with my daughter's mobile phone. When the technician checked, he found some dust settled in they charging socket that would slow down the charging process and even overheat it.
It is getting overheated only intermittently, as if someone is intentionally increasing the radiation, so it is not a dust related problem which would be continuously present.
