Yes, it does happen here even in my country. Some members of the family that are financially capable takes care of senior citizens, in their homes or society.
No, I do not have any relatives who rely on my financial support. In fact, most of my relatives are pretty well off.

Yes, my parents rely on me. I am not wealthy, but I do my best to support them. I hope to become rich so it won't be very challenging for me anymore.
In African, we pratice extended family system. We take care of our elders whether they are your biological parents or not. In my community, the youths contribute money to take care of elders that don't have immediate family members that take care of them.

There's none in my family relying on financial support. My siblings are mostly having work and busines but I am all the time willing to help financially.
It is not a bad idea to take care of them in different areas still their dying days. it would be of good help to them which will help to prolong their lives
I think I that people should make sure they plan their lives not to become burdens on other people. Those senior citizens should have investments for themselves in old age.
No, I don't do that. I have my old parents who live in an apartment nearby me. They are old and are not in their good health so I help them as much as I can.
