I have noticed that hackers are hacking my android smartphones, laptop and desktop wasting my time and causing financial losses. Do you know who has taken legal action against the hackers for tampering with the gadgets of other citizens causing losses?

The major issue is tracking them. If you can track them and have enough proof then you can easily take legal actions. But why are they always hacking your thumbs though?

The best thing that one can do is to protect himself or herself including the business website from hackers by taking every possible prevention measure. Trying to take legal actions against hackers is not something that is realistic for a common person.
