I have noticed that hackers are hacking my android smartphones, laptop and desktop wasting my time and causing financial losses. Do you know who has taken legal action against the hackers for tampering with the gadgets of other citizens causing losses?

Why don't you report it to cyber crime? How did they hack your android when there's no other keeping it? The hacker is expert.
