Tech/internet companies installing wifi hacking equipment in neighbors house

I have noticed that tech/internet companies are installing Wi-Fi hacking equipment in the neighbor's house to hack the computers/gadgets of the online investor/worker and rob data. They are then compensating the neighbors by falsely claiming that the neighbors are doing all the computer/mobile work, to get them lucrative no work, no investment government jobs in the internet sector here, great powers, while the online worker, investor is criminally defamed as lazy, not having online income. Is the use of Wi-Fi hacking equipment widespread in your country?

If that's the case, these tech companies should be reported as soon as possible to prevent others from falling into this as well.
