I am trying to pay the monthly bill, yet I find that the telecom company website is down. Does anyone face this problem with their telecom company. Should customers complain or wait till the telecom company restores the website?
 
Bro if the company's site is down and you are trying to pay the bill it is unnecessary stress. You are not the only one who is facing this problem many people are passing through that area. You can wait a little but if it is urgent it is better to call them or shock them on socials.

If the company is late in restoring the site it is your right to complain. Don't accept being late in paying and then they will charge you a penalty. Put a little pressure on them to wake up. This is a service you are paying for, not a favor they are doing you. Keep pushing bro.
