The 4-7-8 sleep method is one of the most popular breathing techniques. I understand that there are people who cannot sleep right away and I am among them. I tried many things like drinking coffee that enhances sleep but still to no avail . I tried this technique and it works.

I have never heard of this method before, but is it really that effective?
I tried it once and it worked for me. I was not able to sleep right away for 5 days because of stress at work and business and when I applied, this i was able to sleep well, and I did it once only.
