According to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, just three of the 22 barangays in San Francisco's Panaon Island - Central, Tinaan, and Ubos - were spared damage. In the meantime, the Office of Civil Defense in Eastern Visayas has been working hard to deliver assistance, ensuring that food gets into the 452 affected families or 1,726 individuals, in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
