The body of a missing Nigerian doctor has been found in a lake in the United States.

Dr. Cletus Iwuagwu, 71, was last seen on November 24, 2025 in Holland, Ohio.

According to the Lucas County Coroner’s Office, the sheriff’s office found the body of Dr. Iwuagwu in Orchard Lake near Stone Oak Country Club on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
The coroner’s office said the Springfield Fire Department retrieved the body from the water.
