I was at the right time to my offline business in the mall. My staff wanted to cry, but when she saw me coming she felt relieved. And then when I was nearer the stall, I heard the buyer saying, "don't pester me" to my staff. My staff is my younger sister, 19 years old. The customer seems impulsive and I am observing her attitude. I ask my sister about the problem why the buyer is angry. She told me that her payment was lacking and she was already drinking the milk tea. I told my sister not to collect to avoid conflict. And then I told the customer " don't pay the lacking, I'll pay it for you". The rascal instead of saying "thank you" she talked back saying "who are you" I remained patient I told her in a sarcastic way of answering "I'm the owner". I said to her, don't buy it you don't have money, please leave ". What a thick face customer. I always disagree that customers are always right.

That's one of the issues with running a business, you will meet both the good and the ugly, you just have to learn how to deal with them. Then again why did the customer not find out the price before drinking.

That customer knows, the price is tagged in the logo. She is just a nut, pretending to be powerful because of her toxic attitude. The cost of my milk tea is $5 per order and she lacks $1. There are insignificant people.

That's some humans for you. They exhibit bad attitude even when they don't have the money to feed themselves
That's right mate, my staff was scared. The woman was big with a sharp look. Hoping I won't meet that toxic human again. She can cause emotional harm. It's not easy to. manage a business, we need to be tough.

Yeah right. We just have to avoid toxic people as they do hurt themselves and others. It's not easy to manage people

Yes, and there are many f them, we just don't know, but they exist. As much as possible, let us avoid them to avoid escalation and retaliation.

Then the customer is definitely a trouble maker, and just want to cause trouble, since they already know the price.

I know my sister is at fault for giving the milk tea without seeing the payment, if lacking or not. I told her calmly that next time, she should not forget to receive the payment before giving the order.

Yes that's a lesson to her, next time she won't make the same mistake. Anyways that's business, we make mistakes and we learn.

She said, sorry. It is not a good picture for me to pay for what the buyer lacks. She learned a lesson out of that experience,

There are all sorts of customers. Some are supportive and reasonable. There are others who are senseless and making troubles. A business owner should have the patience and guts to face different types of people.
Indeed in my line of work i have come across these types. One has to be extremely careful when dealing with the annoying ones.

I have a high tolerance which is why I told that ruthless customer that I'll be the one to pay the amount she lacked. But deep inside, I was truly mad. It's crucial if I won't suspend my feelings. I don't know the background of that buyer. She might be a killer or a drug addict.

That customer should even be grateful that you paid for her. You could have easily called security to come take her to the police station.
That customer was huge, I was also afraid to see her height and weight he he. I secretly took a picture of her, so when she comes around, she will not be entertained.

Probably that was one of the reasons the customer was misbehaving, because she was huge she wants to intimidate others, that's wickedness.

I agree with you, her appeal is her weapon to scare the skinny people 😂, but when there is a war, she cannot run a single run he he.
