That must’ve been frustrating to watch. Some customers really test your patience, and it’s not easy to stay calm in those moments. I also don’t believe the customer is always right, sometimes they’re just rude. You handled it the right way though by keeping your cool and standing your ground. Respect goes both ways in business, no matter who’s buying or selling.

Some customers would be seriously in need of our goods or services but not in that position to afford it. In such a case scenario l would give them whatever they need for free just for courtesy purposes.
