Yes that's humans for you.thry are a lot of them.with toxic behavior that they also take it along with them to Different places

I am hoping that my sister can forget about her fear of that huge woman so she can focus on her job. I thought she won't come back the next day.
 
That must’ve been frustrating to watch. Some customers really test your patience, and it’s not easy to stay calm in those moments. I also don’t believe the customer is always right, sometimes they’re just rude. You handled it the right way though by keeping your cool and standing your ground. Respect goes both ways in business, no matter who’s buying or selling.

Indeed, that was so frustrating and annoying. It affects the mental and emotional well - being of my sister. Hoping she could forget it so she can focus on her work, serving the good customers.
