I agree with that, however, not all circumstances are viewed in my country as necessary to support financially like those single parents. In other countries, there is financial support for single moms for example in New Zealand. The single moms receive $2000 NZ dollar a month.
I think that every Country in the world may or may not have a form of assistance for certain people, depending on whether the treasury of that particular state have enough money. Because even in Italy, to give €343 a month to me who I don't work and therefore I'm not a contributive person, obviously they have to get that money from somewhere else.​
 
I have been buying cooked food lately and I have sat down to calculate the amount I spend on food in a day and it seems astronomical. That's what that woman takes from me in a week while taking from other people too. She is very financially comfortable just cooking food to sell.
