The importance for holding only the bitcoins?

Bitcoin is the pinnacle of crypto and for a long time and it will continue to be. However I believe that it still depends on the person whether they want to invest in bitcoin only or want to invest in other coins as well. Yes bitcoin is the best but some people are looking for other features that bitcoin really does not have. Some would also argue that bitcoin is too expensive now.
I think as long as one is making the right choice then they can do anything or invest in anywhere they want. Bitcoin remains my all time number one holding crypto currency.

Bitcoin is a blue chip crypto so it is very reliable, trustworthy, very potential and promising, whales will also find it difficult to carry out pump and dump strategies on Bitcoin. Bitcoin is very suitable for investors who have a moderate risk profile.

Bitcoin is no doubt best cryptocurrency, but holding does not have any sense specially for me. The point is if I purchase $100 worth of Bitcoin at $60000 and keep hold it for six months in this duration it touches 73000 but I kept hold it after six months it again return back to 60000 then what I gained.

You can buy Bitcoin low and hold it to sell when the price is high. That's the way to go for those with low risk tolerance
