The jailed Binance executive in Nigeria denied a bail

Tigran Gambaryan. an Executive of Binance Holdings Limited, as being denied bail by Justice Nwite Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court Abuja

The justice has dismissed his bail application that Gambaryan is likely to jump bail if bail if granted.
Binance company and its executive were arraigned on a five-count charge which are on money laundering though the defendants pleaded not guilty.


Binance's counsel Mark Mordi, argued that the court should grant bail to the defendant but the prosecution Counsel, Ekele Iheanacho opposed the bail application, stating that the defendant was a flight risk

He further stated that granting him bail is risky as he is not attached to any community in Nigeria.

It's not a heinous crime and why is he not granted for a bail. Maybe he has a weak lawyer. The lawyer needs a push.
