The justice has dismissed his bail application that Gambaryan is likely to jump bail if bail if granted.
Binance company and its executive were arraigned on a five-count charge which are on money laundering though the defendants pleaded not guilty.
Binance's counsel Mark Mordi, argued that the court should grant bail to the defendant but the prosecution Counsel, Ekele Iheanacho opposed the bail application, stating that the defendant was a flight risk
He further stated that granting him bail is risky as he is not attached to any community in Nigeria.
