The louder the premise, the poorer it is

A certain local radio presenter recently claimed that a yardstick of a household's riches is the volume of the music coming from media devices therein. In other words, poor people tend to play loud music. Richer people have the habit of playing less loud music.

This statement led me to think about my neighborhood and the intensity of the music played by residents.

What do you think about the radio presenter's claim?

Hahaha this is funny but it might be true. I know that estates and GRAs areas are always quiet. Like no noise zone but get to low income earners areas there is always loud noises. it might be true.
