The most sold items in the world

In fact, food is what is sold most in the world and also everything that is essential for a person to live.

I do not think that is suprising after all we all need cloches and not only a few so it is very logical that the most selling item is cloches and other things like that
That was the result of the survey conducted by researchers worldwide that the most sold-out does are clothes and shoes which I agree with because it's what I observed in the malls here. People traffic in the clothes and shoes departments.

That's true but food is primary and that gets sold first.

I'm British, we don't have shopping malls - but big towns/cities have shopping centres, most places have shops on the local high streets but a lot of shopping has moved online.

Who did this survey, and when was it?
I've just googled "the most sold items in the world" and got some clickbait results not giving an offical source agreeing that the answer's clothes, but also other sites claiming the most sold things are mushrooms, or Ikea's Billy bookcases.

This time the most wanted by people are all about food. I noticed that the clothes area in malls are like ground zero, no buyers said the sales girls.

Food is a basic necessity for everyone, and thus, it is prioritized over clothes by most people. This is especially true due to inflation, which has made people more conscious of their spending habits.

That's right. I am thankful I have so many clothes. Others haven't worn yet those bought during the surge of the virus when work was done through WFH.

Good for you, my friend. I have a lot of clothes, too, but I decided to give some to my younger sister, especially since I do not go out often. It helps to free up some space as well. Hehe

I also donated mine to the victims of flood during the Sendong malady where 6,800 died in CDO and Iligan City. I donated 3 sacks of clothes. My colleagues were shocked but they needed clothes.

In most selling clothes platforms the buyer restricts delivery of clothes to some countries. So if you are in some regions you may purchase clothes, otherwise even having an international credit card you cannot check out or hardly find a buyer to purchase clothes from.

I guess clothes are the best-selling item in the world, I mean everyone needs them and sometimes buys them too much, I can't think of another item that can sell more than clothing right now.

Clothing and fashion items have always been a staple in people's lives, as they are essential for everyday wear and also serve as a form of self-expression. The constant demand for new styles, trends, and designs keeps the fashion industry thriving and continuously evolving.
