As a business person, making deals are something that you can't run away from. And striking these deals means that you would haggle and negotiate.

I have seen many people miss out on potential life changing deals because they held their own end of the bargain firmly and refusing to swift grounds.

As a business person, you don't need to be rigid. You have to learn to shift grounds and play ball in some negotiations. What do you think?

It's very necessary as a business operator to be flexible to a transaction or negotiation because business doesn't only imply money but risks. When you make a deal, stick to it and only shift if necessary, but make sure you're on the right track or else you'll be misunderstood. Check your plans.

As a business owner you need to be flexible. Like myself, there are some deals I take that I don't actually make any reasonable profit from, but this has ensured that my customers return.
