Hawthorne's theory of business was already applied by businessmen despite no knowledge of whose theory was it. His theory was designed to explore the avenues to increase the workers' productivity. This time, employees especially the newly hired are sent to seminar workshops to get a wide range of knowledge and expertise so that they can be productive workers of the business. They will gain many things that could boost the company morale and image likewise employee morale and image. The Hawthorne theory of management suggests that worker productivity is not only based on physical conditions but the notion that management cares about employee welfare and wages paid to them. We were able to do business and never expected that we already in putting theories like the ones theorized by Hawthorne.

This theory makes a lot of sense and I believe it is true. The moment the employees begin to feel like the management no longer care about them, they would no longer be interested in doing their best.

It is true of course, it is a theory of Hawthorne. Employees get paid and the management based it on the worker's daily logging in and out. This theory emphasizes not only the physical condition but foremost the notion that they are cared for by their management.
