The Response, "We ll get back to you" no longer works in business.

That classic line used to respond to customer problems that a business can't solve immediately. "We would get back to you" is that line

It doesn't hold water again in the business world. If the business can't give them immediate solution, they turn to a competitor.

Promises of waiting are outdated because today's customers want instant answers on the street. delay in providing solutionn they will be turned away by competitors, leaving you wondering as business loses direction.

In today's world, I would get back to you means that the customer should give you ten minutes to check their complaints and give them solutions. No customer now wants to be kept beyond 10 minutes to he gotten back to.

Lol whenever a Client tells me they will get back to me, I just completely remove my mind from them. If they do come back then we thank God for that, but if they don't, I don't feel upset cause i was expecting that.

A customer doesn't rate a business that wants to get back to them. To customers, that is incompetence.

It is only very few times that a client promises to get back to me and actually does get back to me. I just manage my expectations when a potential client says that.

That's the world we are in now. Everything is quick so even customer want things done quickly
