Back in the days, academic examinations were always done with pen on paper. But today, we have more of computer based tests where academic program examinations are done online over the internet.

Do you think that CBT has had positive impacts on the educational sector?

CBT have helped to minimize exam malpractice. CBT also reduce the stress and burden of carrying papers and writing materials to exam destination centers. I believe that CBT have contributed significantly to education and examination tests.
It has really helped with examination malpractices because the question can be altered in real time. It also makes the process of getting results for exams quite easy because it is almost instant.

Sometimes CBT are not accurate, especially if you are not using your own computer. Other keyboards may not be similar to your keyboard, and in some cases, the letters are faded.
