Many people say that pride doesn't move alongside business very well. They say that a business person has to be humble by default.

What is the relationship between a business person being humble and the business succeeding?
 
Humility in business helps leaders listen, learn, and adapt. A humble businessperson is more likely to hear feedback, accept mistakes, and adjust strategies, which improves decision making. Arrogance can blind someone to problems or opportunities. Being humble doesn’t mean weakness, it encourages collaboration and trust, which often leads to stronger business growth and long term success.
 
Humility creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers to patronize repeatedly. A humble person has the tendency to retain customers and to build tolerance and resilience. A proud person lacks such patience.
