I cannot elaborate something on this because I only have two staffs of my business. When the time comes that my business grow big, I have to make sure that my employees will work by heart if not despite being trained and told, I will not mediated to fire them.
 
In my opinion, to be able to reduce business operational costs, it is not only focused on the employee aspect, besides that we can reduce or save on electricity, water and office equipment costs, paying bills on time will also avoid fines and interest.
