I have realised that the small radios that use electricity are mostly fake. I have bought quite a number of them with each of them having a blown out IC. The cost for the repairs is almost equivalent to the price of new devices. I would however revert to subwoofers or home theaters.

One thing about repairs is that once you make a repair, you might most likely keep repairing that issue or other issues later on.
If you can find a credible and honest repairer that knows his onions, you might not have to be making that repairs often.

Some items cannot be repaired, like a rice cooker, a heater, or a boiler. Others, like appliances, can be repaired, but it costs a lot. It is better to buy a new one.
Well, that's absolutely true. There are things that break down and cannot be repaired. A rice cooker, heater, or boiler. Often, if you try to fix it, it costs you money. Other appliances can be repaired, but the cost is higher than buying a new one. That's why many people choose to buy a fresh item instead of continuing to pay endless repair bills. That's the way to save stress and money.

tbh those little plastic radios are basically disposable at this point. i’ve gone through a couple myself and it’s always the same thing, they just pop one day and never turn back on. ngl, switching to a subwoofer setup is the way to go. the build quality is way higher and you won't be wasting money on repairs that cost as much as a new unit. idk why they even still sell those cheap ones.
